MAGNER.NETWORK, LLC was formed by a group of benefit,
tax, investment and insurance industry experts, with extensive backgrounds in
complex financial program design, distribution, product development, corporate
finance and program administration. The
management team of MAGNER.NETWORK, LLC and its subsidiaries has over 350 years

Richard E. Magner - CEO, MAGNER.NETWORK, LLC
|
Mr. Magner is a founding Principal of MAGNER.NETWORK. He has over twenty-five years
experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on the design,
development and placement of corporate funding and financing vehicles and
financial tools for the ultra high net worth market. He was with CIGNA for
thirteen years. During that time Mr. Magner created and operated the corporate
insurance group. He grew this organization into one of the insurance industry’s
premier providers of corporate insurance funding
alternatives. Mr. Magner was also responsible for CIGNA’s national brokerage
operation and served as president of CIGNA Associates, Inc.
Subsequently,
Mr. Magner became a Principal in Management Compensation Group, SE a large
Specialty Brokerage operation. In that capacity he was responsible for the
design and placement of Executive Benefit programs with some of the country’s
largest companies. In addition, he
oversaw the operation and management of One Securities Corp., a niche
Broker/Dealer in the corporate funding market.
Mr. Magner is currently
CEO of MAGNER.NETWORK, LLC, a financial sales enabling company. MAGNER.NETWORK
develops customized financial market support for financial institutions and
their advisors. The primary mission of
MAGNER.NETWORK is to allow asset managers and distribution organizations to leverage
their existing relationships with additional high value products and services
and significantly increase their ability to gather assets.

Henry F. McCamish, Jr. - Director, MAGNER.NETWORK, LLC
|
Mr. McCamish is founder and Chairman of The McCamish Group (TMG), LP and its
affiliated company, McCamish Systems, LLC. Under his direction, the McCamish
companies issued over $1.8 billion of annual premium corporate life insurance
totaling more than $44 billion of face amount in less than 5 years and provided
both policy and plan administration services for this insurance.
Prior to forming The McCamish Companies, Mr. McCamish served as Chairman of Management
Compensation Group, Inc./Southeast, a national consulting firm that specializes
in executive compensation, benefit planning and financing. Having been in the
life insurance business for over 45 years, Mr. McCamish is a former President
of the Million Dollar Round Table and Chairman of the CLU Institute Board. Mr.
McCamish graduated in 1950 from the Georgia Institute of Technology with
Highest Honor. He was listed in 1965 edition of "Outstanding Young Men in America "
and subsequently in "Who's Who in America."
In November 1991, he was named a PAUL HARRIS FELLOW by The Rotary Foundation
of Rotary International. Mr. McCamish is currently Chairman of the Board of
Leading The Way International, the Georgia Public Policy Foundation, and of JGB
International, Inc., a securities broker/dealer. He serves as a Member of the
Board of Directors of Friends of Bermuda Aquarium, Ltd.; USBA Holdings, Ltd.;
Advanced Telecommunications Corporation; KT Holding, LLC; The Foundation of
Holy Apostles; Noah’s Ark Children’s Care Home; Noah’s Ark Rehabilitation
Center and Stephen’s
Children Foundation, Inc. In May 1998, Hillsdale College
awarded Mr. McCamish an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Christian Leadership.

John Phelan, Actuary, MAGNER.NETWORK, LLC
|
Mr. Phelan worked in an actuarial capacity for almost 30 years with William M. Mercer and Aon Corporation, specializing in executive benefits, life insurance, annuities and disability benefits. He also has a background in several other areas of actuarial expertise, such as qualified pensions, post-retirement medical and international benefits.
Mr. Phelan was instrumental in the formation of the executive benefit practices at both Mercer and Aon and worked on the consulting and brokerage sides of the executive benefit market at different times.
Mr. Phelan is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and holds a MAS in Actuarial Science from Georgia State University as well as a BS in Statistics from Oklahoma State University.

Daniel J Snyder - Manager of Plan Administration
|
Mr. Snyder brings over 15 years of financial services experience to Magner.Network. He currently oversees the day to day Non-Qualified Plan Administration operations for Magner.Network.
His career started with SunTrust Bank where he spent five years as Manager and Officer. Mr. Snyder entered the Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation industry when he joined Balser Companies (formerly Management Compensation Group, SE) as an Account Manager. Before taking up his current role with Magner.Network in 2004, he spent three years as a Relationship Manager for Invesco Inc. in the 401(K) industry.
Mr. Snyder holds a BBA degree in Marketing from Georgia State University.

Dennis E. Heuer, CLU - Director of Client Development, MAGNER.NETWORK, LLC
|
Mr. Heuer has been the Director of Client Development and Training for MAGNER.NETWORK since he started with the firm in August 2000. He has over 30 years of experience in financial consulting that includes insurance, investments, employee benefits and corporate business development.
Mr. Heuer graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and minors in Marketing and Economics and is a Chartered Life Underwriter, CLU.
Formerly with Connecticut General/CIGNA for 16 years, Mr. Heuer was an Agent, field Sales Manager and support Director in its home office. His last 10 years prior to joining MAGNER.NETWORK were spent with an East Coast planning firm as its field Consultant. The firm worked primarily in the corporate market. Mr. Heuer worked on design, development and implementation of employee incentives, Executive Benefits, Wealth Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions execution.

Charles E. Buchholz - Senior Vice President Affluent Markets, MAGNER.NETWORK
|
In this capacity, Mr. Buchholz oversees MAGNER.NETWORK’S Charitable Giving and
Affluent Market operations, which include Donor Advised Funds and Charitable
Gift Annuities, as well as Private Placement markets. MAGNER.NETWORK’S Affluent
Markets Group provides advisors to the affluent client market with web-based
services to allow them to more effectively gather assets.
Prior to joining MAGNER.NETWORK, Mr. Buchholz was Senior Vice
President/Group Executive, of Charitable Funds with Wachovia Bank. Wachovia’s
Charitable Funds group provides consulting, portfolio investment management,
administrative, and tax reporting services to not-for-profit institutions and
affluent individuals with charitable trusts. In this capacity he managed client
servicing, sales and product development with a staff of 64 professionals.
Mr. Buchholz also served in a variety of other capacities with Wachovia over the
past twenty years including Vice President Sales & Marketing Manager and
Vice President/Master Custody Product.
Mr. Buchholz received his
undergraduate education receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He conducted his Post-graduate study in
Economics and Accounting at North Carolina State University.

Guerry P. Magidson - Case Support; MAGNER Retirement Services, LLC
|
Mr. Magidson provides case level sales support for MAGNER.NETWORK’S Retirement Services market initiatives.
Prior to joining MAGNER.NETWORK, Mr. Magidson was Chairman, President and co-founder of
The Benefit Marketing Group, Inc. (BENMARK). BENMARK is an industry leader in
the area of Bank Owned Life Insurance and Executive Benefit Programs for
financial institutions. In this capacity, he was responsible for the executive
benefits and non-qualified program markets. He also was responsible for
supporting product development and insurance policy design issues. During his
tenure at Benmark, Mr. Magidson guided the company in the placement of over $1
billion in non-qualified benefit assets.
Before joining BENMARK, Mr. Magidson was the Vice President of Pension Service Company
and MCM Financial Corporation. During this time, Mr. Magidson helped the
company expand its pension administration support to over 12,000 plan
participants. He has over 25 years of experience in insurance and benefit
program design and consulting.
Mr. Magidson is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a
member of the Top of the Table, Association of Life Underwriters, National
Association of Life Underwriters and the Atlanta Association of Life
Underwriters. He is also a former member of Jefferson Pilot’s LifeComp Advisory
Board and a former member of Security Life of Denver’s Life Advisory Board.

Stephen R. Roy - Case Support; MAGNER Retirement Services, LLC

Mr. Roy is a Founding Principal of MAGNER.NETWORK. He has over twenty years experience in the financial services industry, primarily focused on the design,
development and placement of corporate funding and finance vehicles and
financial tools for the ultra high net worth market. He was with CIGNA for nine
years. During that time Mr. Roy was responsible for developing the industry’s
first private placement insurance investment vehicle. This product has evolved
into an industry wide tax advantaged funding vehicle for large corporations,
benefit trusts and high net worth individuals.
Subsequently,
Mr. Roy became a Managing Director with Management Compensation Group, SE a
large Specialty Brokerage operation. In that capacity he was responsible for
the placement of benefit funding and financing arrangements with numerous
Fortune 1000 companies.
Mr. Roy currently
provides case level sales support for MAGNER.NETWORK, LLC, a financial sales
enabling company. MAGNER.NETWORK develops customized financial market support
for financial institutions and their advisor.
The primary mission of MAGNER.NETWORK is to allow asset managers and
distribution organizations to leverage their existing relationships and
significantly increase their ability to gather assets.
Mr. Roy graduated from the University of
Connecticut School of Law and is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia
