Access to these support services typically requires a revenue sharing arrangement between the Advisor and MAGNER.NETWORK One of the markets supported in this manner is Private Placement Insurance arrangements for affluent investors and high yield/high turnover portfolio managers (PCAP™).

The Private Capital Accumulation Program (PCAP™) is a sales-enabling insurance support service, which allows financial advisors to create a tax efficient insurance-based portfolio alternative within an existing investment strategy. Investment Advisors and Money Managers can utilize a Private Capital Accumulation Program to provide affluent clients with a private labeled financial protection alternative, while continuing to have investment management oversight of invested assets.

PCAP™ utilizes a Reg. D Private Placement insurance structure to provide necessary wealth transfer, estate liquidity and asset protection for affluent investors and shield a greater portion of assets from taxation. Clients therefore see greater after tax returns while investment advisors retain a higher asset pool against which asset fees are applied. The PCAP™ service also provides an efficient web-based sales support service allowing for cross-selling opportunities and gathering of new assets.

Split Dollar+™ is a sales analysis service designed to allow financial advisors to design and implement Split Dollar funded benefit plans, as well as determine the financial impact to the employer and employee of various forms of split dollar life insurance ownership in light of the recent IRS pronouncements regarding this funding vehicle as identified in IRS Notice 2001-10, and more recently in IRS Notice 2002-08.

The Split Dollar+™ service also provides market and design support for cross-selling opportunities involving Split Dollar structures such as Supplemental Employee Retirement Program (SERP) Swap Plans. This capability provides turnkey support, including client qualification, program design, client presentation, financial analysis, document generation and program administration, and is structured to facilitate Split Dollar life insurance themed sales by both non-experts and experienced distributors.
