implement Split Dollar funded benefit plans, as well as determine the financial impact to the
employer and employee of various forms of split dollar life insurance ownership in light of the
recent IRS pronouncements regarding this funding vehicle as identified in IRS Notice 2001-10,
and more recently in IRS Notice 2002-08.
